RPN Shared Space
Are you looking for commercial or retail space in the Renmark Paringa district?
The Renmark Paringa Network “Shared Space” initiative commenced in January 2021.
It started with a call out to small businesses who were operating online or from home, to express their interest in an opportunity to share a space with other complimentary businesses. Not only would these businesses share the space, they also share costs (which can be prohibitive for small business to undertake on their own) making it easier and more affordable to have a shopfront or office presence in town.
Catering to the needs of those who enquired, we are excited to have opened two co-working spaces that can accommodate a diverse range of businesses; the RPN Business Hub and the RPN Retail Hub.
Business Hub.
Shop 6/7 Chaffey Colonnades, Renmark.
The RPN Business Hub is a professional office suite with two offices, a six-person meeting room and hot desk options. The suite includes a bathroom, small kitchenette (access to Tea and Coffee facilities) and a Business Library.

Retail hub.
Shop 1-2/32 Renmark Avenue, Renmark.
The RPN Retail Hub is a unique, walkthrough room which has space for pop-up shops and other retailers to hire at a daily rate for sales. There is a small storage area for regular tenants and is located in a prime locations, right in the middle of one of Renmark’s main shopping streets.
This Hub currently houses regular tenants, with many other small local business owners opting to hire for 1-2 days per week in peak tourist times or weekends.
